Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AutoHDR ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

AutoHDR provides AI-powered image enhancement and HDR processing services. The Service allows users to:

  • Upload and process images using AI/ML algorithms
  • Merge multiple images into HDR outputs
  • Download enhanced images
  • Manage processing jobs and history
  • Purchase credits for image processing
User Accounts

Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Credits and Payment

Credit System

Image processing requires credits. Each output image costs 1 credit, regardless of the number of input images merged.

Purchasing Credits

  • Credits are purchased through our payment processor (Stripe)
  • All sales are final and non-refundable
  • Credits do not expire but cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash
  • Pricing is subject to change with notice

Refunds

Credits are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue refunds at our discretion for:

  • Service failures or processing errors
  • Duplicate charges
  • Technical issues preventing service use
Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Upload images containing child exploitation material
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Distribute malware or engage in malicious activities
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Abuse or exploit the Service (e.g., excessive API calls, scraping)
Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the images you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and process your images
  • Generate enhanced versions
  • Display your content to you within the Service

This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

Our Content

The Service, including its algorithms, software, design, and branding, is owned by AutoHDR and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Processed Images

Enhanced images generated by our Service are provided to you for your use. You own the output, but we retain the right to showcase examples (anonymized) for marketing purposes unless you opt out.

Data Retention and Deletion
  • Uploaded and processed images are stored for 30 days by default
  • You can manually delete jobs and images at any time
  • After 30 days, images are automatically deleted from our servers
  • Account data is retained unless you request deletion
Service Availability and Limitations

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Technical difficulties
  • Force majeure events

Usage Limits

  • Maximum 5,000 images per upload batch
  • File size limits may apply
  • Rate limits may be enforced to prevent abuse
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will meet your requirements
  • Results will be error-free or of a particular quality
  • All images will process successfully

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoHDR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoHDR from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes to these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AutoHDR operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiation
  • Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
  • Applicable courts as a last resort
Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
